What’s even more shocking is that those 15 teams are a combined 10-5 SU, earning more than +21 units for anyone ballsy enough to back those moneylines.

Programmes for matches that took place during the second world war remain for sale; some of them comprise four pages, but they were produced.
So there is historic significance to the Football Association’s decision not to publish programmes for the three England home fixtures taking place in this international window. “In light of the current climate and as a not-for-profit organisation, it isn’t financially viable for the FA to produce matchday programmes for the England fixtures that are behind closed doors,” it said.
It is hard to recover from the disappointment of playing 49 matches over nine months to end up back where you started, only with added dejection. It is painstaking work to get to a playoff final and when you lose it, a strict plan is needed to avoid slipping off the pace the following season.
